SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship during regular business hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday during regular business hours.

If an item is on backorder, we will ship the version we currently have in stock—either capsules or droppers—to fulfill your order without delay. If the substitute does not meet your needs, we will personally reach out to you to discuss the best resolution, which may include a refund or shipping your original preference once available.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days and have not received any communication from us, please contact us immediately at: contact@titansarms.com.

We stand behind our service, but we take abuse seriously. If we determine that someone is attempting to exploit our backorder or refund policy, they will be immediately placed on a No-Ship List and permanently restricted from placing future orders with us. We protect our team, our brand, and our community—no exceptions.
