RETURN POLICY

Our return window is 1 day from the time of purchase. After that window closes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging, including all seals and safety features intact.

If your return is approved:

• A manual refund will be issued for the appropriate amount.
• Restocking Fee: In rare cases where a return is accepted beyond the 1-day window, a 15% restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

• All consumable products (e.g., SARMs, supplements) are final sale once shipped, unless they arrive damaged or tampered with. This protects all our customers and ensures product integrity.
• Chargebacks will not be tolerated. Any attempt to bypass this policy through your payment provider will result in being blacklisted from future purchases (see below).

We take care of our community—but we don’t get played. Any customer who attempts to abuse our return policy, file false claims, or initiate unwarranted chargebacks will be added to our No Sell List.

Being placed on the No Sell List means:

• You are permanently banned from purchasing through titansarms.com.
• Any orders made under a different name, email, or shipping address will be automatically blocked or canceled.
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action if fraudulent activity is confirmed.
