Role Overview
A Remote Secretary provides high-level administrative support from a virtual environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through efficient coordination, communication, and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate video-conference logistics across time zones.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle email triage—prioritizing messages, flagging urgent items, and drafting replies as directed.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately labeled and easily retrievable.
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations, including visa paperwork and expense tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track task completion.
- Support special projects by researching information, compiling data, and delivering summary briefs.
Qualifications & Skills
