Role Overview
A Human Performance Development Specialist designs and delivers programs that enhance individual and team effectiveness through evidence-based learning interventions, performance assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate workshops, training modules, and coaching sessions focused on physical, cognitive, and behavioral performance optimization.
- Conduct needs analyses and performance diagnostics to identify skill gaps and tailor development solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate best practices in ergonomics, wellness, and resilience into workplace routines.
- Evaluate program impact using metrics such as productivity, error rates, injury reduction, and employee engagement.
- Stay current on human performance research and emerging technologies to inform program enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Organizational Psychology, Human Factors, or related field.
- Proven experience designing and delivering performance improvement programs in corporate, military, or high-stakes environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret assessment data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
- Certification in performance coaching, ergonomics, or related specialties is a plus.
